How much is shipping?

  • All of our products over £50 have free shipping.
  • Our standard shipping cost is £3.95 for orders under £50 and free for orders above that.
  • Sometimes we have free items for promotions. Shipping starts at £8.95 as we are shipping from our different warehouses overseas.

Where do you ship?

  • We are based primarily in London and do some of our credit crunching in Singapore. We have fulfillment centres in USA and Asia as well. We currently ship the below mentioned countries for the same flat shipping fees as with our UK orders - UK, USA, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand.

How do I track my package?

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • Delivery normally takes one week. Sometimes for hot items, when they get sold out very quickly we might ship directly from the manufacturers and it can vary between 1-3 weeks. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the UK. Currently, many of our handcrafted bags are finished in Austria. These items ship via Royal Mail, USPS, Fedex & Luxemburg Mail and all have tracking numbers.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

  • Since we make on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

Simply put, if you’re not 100% happy with a purchase, you can return it at any time for an exchange or refund within 30 days. If the item is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or offer you a full refund including return shipping.
